Silent DG Set with a soon proof acoustic enclosure, meticulously designed and all sheet metal component under go seven tank pre treatment processes that includes de-greasing, Activation, phosphate, passivation and oven drying followed by de mineralized Water rinsing after each stage where required. This fabricated Components then undergo powder coating with pure polyester powder before baked on conveyorsed baking oven. This ensures long life to the painted components and provides protection against corrosin,ensures durability and gloss. The Genet assembly facility is equipped with world class material handling and testing facilities.Each and every Generating Set at PINNACLE is thoroughly tested at fully loaded prior to dispatch.
